The employer fills out the certificate of insurance. By presenting this certificate, the injured person will get the accident related medical care and medications free of charge. The hospital/clinic and the doctor may bill the insurer directly.
If the accident leads to a sick leave of more than three days, fill out the certificate of insurance as well as the accident or occupational disease report.
